Most services take 7-10 business days, Styling Only 4-5, and Lace Replacement 5-7. Estimates start when we receive your wig; delivery time is additional. Condition, complexity or multiple wigs can extend processing.

The CAD $25 option gives your unit priority in the queue. Confirm timing with Ola before choosing it for a deadline; it does not promise a 48-hour return or include faster delivery.

Human, Virgin, and Raw hair only. We do not work with synthetic wigs. For customization and construction, NEW lace with single knots is preferred.

Bone Straight, Standard Barrel Curls (1.25"), Tight Barrel Curls (1"), and Beach Waves. For customization services, we also offer haircuts: Bob cut (chin/shoulder length), Fringe, and Face framing layers.

No. For Wig Construction and Reconstruction, you bring your own bundles and closure/frontal. For Lace Replacement, you provide the replacement lace.

Customization & Styling covers bleached knots and hairline cleanup for a natural-looking finish; wider frontal customization is an upgrade. With Lace Replacement, select the 'Bleach knots and customize hairline' add-on if needed. For Construction or Reconstruction, check the service details and confirm any extra work with Ola before booking.

Due to the nature of wig services, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun. Read the terms before booking.

After booking, we'll provide our Calgary location. Package your wig carefully with a note including your full name and order number. Drop-off hours are 10am-5pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Yes - Calgary courier or Canada-wide courier, pick-up and return, for CAD $65. Choose it in your cart.

Yes, including Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Montreal. Choose Canada courier in your cart for pick-up and tracked return, CAD $65 for both trips, or arrange your own carrier. Your wig comes home in a protective silk dust-bag.

Yes - choose Client-arranged courier in your cart. You arrange and pay your carrier for both delivery and return; no TWRS courier fee is added. Outside Canada? Email before booking so we can confirm customs and shipping details for your unit.

Pack your wig in a secure box following the intake confirmation instructions, and ship via tracked courier so both of us can follow the unit's journey.

Your unit is packaged in a protective silk dust-bag. If TWRS arranges shipping, return is tracked and tracking is emailed to you. If you use your own courier, you arrange and pay for the return. Calgary drop-off clients collect their units.
