How mail-in works.

Choose your service, add wig details, and review options and delivery in your cart. Pay securely with Stripe to book; Ola confirms the scope and next steps by email.

Send it in.
Drop your wig off in Calgary, let us arrange collection, or send it with your own tracked courier.

We restore it.
We assess your unit, confirm any additional work with you, and work within the service's estimated processing time.

You get it back.
We email you the moment it's ready - collect it in Calgary, receive our tracked return, or arrange your own courier home.

Choose the path that suits you. TWRS courier covers pick-up and tracked return; with your own carrier, you arrange and pay for both trips.

Pack your wig securely following the intake confirmation instructions and ship with tracking so both of us can follow the journey. Human-hair units only. Your unit comes home in a protective silk dust-bag, with tracking sent to your email. Using your own courier (Canada Post, DHL)? You arrange the return leg too - email us before booking if you are outside Canada so we can confirm customs and shipping for your unit.

How long does it take?
Most services take 7-10 business days once we have the unit. Styling Only takes 4-5. Express turnaround is an add-on.
